3. HOW DID YOU JOIN, OR ATTEMPT TO JOIN, THE DT MEMBERS' LOUNGE? Select from the scroll-down menu.

IMPORTANT: It's very important that you provide us with the Billing Processor that handles your account. Without this information we have to search each on-line processor which will delay or response. If you don't know which on-line processor is handling your account you can help us locate your account by including the date you joined and how you're paying (check or credit card).


4. If you joined, or tried to join, via one of our on-line processing partners, you should have a TRANSACTION IDENTIFICATION NUMBER and/or SUBSCRIPTION I.D. Please enter them below.
