Problems with a Downloadable or Streaming Movie Order?

Can't find your confirmation email? Check your Spam or Bulk Mail folder. Some customers find that our mail goes to those folders because of spam filtering.
If you're having trouble downloading or playing a movie please make sure your connection to the internet is high-speed DSL or Cable. Dial-up connections will cause problems because of the size of the movie files.
If you are having trouble playing a movie you will need to check that your computer system meets all the specifications required. This includes having the latest version of QuickTime Player and/or RealPlayer for your system. CLICK HERE for QuickTime Specifications.
